After graduating from the Istanbul University in 2003, he practised labour and enforcement law as an associate in several reputable law firms in Istanbul before joining GündoğduPartners.

In addition, he worked as a legal counsel in consulting firms that advise international clients. Mehmet Koray Uslu focuses on labor law, consumer protection law, real estate and construction law, as well as litigation.

Aside from his role as an expert at Labour Courts for more than 10 years, he provides legal advice regarding labor law issues to a highly prestigious international bank.
